At SaleFolks, returns are easy! Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date that you placed the order. If the order that you'd like to return was placed within the last 30 days, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via cs@salefolks.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. You will receive an email from our customer service containing a RA number along with return instructions on how and where to ship the return. Please follow these instructions. Note: when returning an item, make sure to include all original packaging. We are not responsible for return shipping cost under all circumstances. 

3. Within 10-15 business days of receiving your return - allowing time for inspection of the returned item by our technical team - we will issue a credit to your account.

4. There may be 15-20% restocking fee applied.

**Please note: items returned to us that do not meet with our policy will not qualify for any credit and will be either returned to you at your expense or discarded. Also, certain items are nonreturnable: such as personalized items, worn garments, lingerie, loungwear, swimwear, books, games, DVDs, skincare products, and some electronics.
